IMBA's mapping partner offers the next generation of mountain bike guides and trail maps. Check it out in this introductory video. is a next-generation mountain bike guide and trail map web site. This robust platform for online mapping displays the known trails in any given area, complete with elevation profiles, full GPS routes, photos, detailed ride info and more.

IMBA collobaorated closely in the development of this new site. We're excited about the technology, and even more so about how it will help highlight the work of IMBA-affiliated chapters, clubs and patrols in the USA, Canada, and around the world. IMBA Canada is reaching out to our grassroots groups and encouraging them to add trail descriptions to All the information is jointly shared by IMBA and, with generous underwriting support from Shimano.

As thousands of mountain bikers start using this site to find paces to ride, we will enlist chapter, club and patrol members to monitor the content and make sure it is accurate, up-to-date and avoids documenting trails that are closed to mountain biking. All content must be approved by site administrators before it goes live — IMBA and agree that the success of the project depends on content aministrators with excellent local knowledge and a strong connection to mountain bike advocacy.
