2012 Trailblazing Festival
The 2nd annual Trailblazing Festival will be taking place Aug 18-19, 2012, at Hardwood Ski and Bike (Barrie, ON).
The two-day event will include group rides, skills clinics, vendor area and beer tent, camping, IMBA Trail Building School, Epic ride and much more.
The first 100 to register online will earn a free event t-shirt, valued at $20 AND the chance to win a mountain bike.

IMBA Trail Building School with the Trail Care Crew, 9-4
9 am - noon: Learn the art and science of trail design, building and maintenance in this in-class presentation
Noon - 1 pm: Break for lunch
1 - 4 pm: Put your new skills to the test building in the field!
8 am – 5 pm: Registration
10 am: Festival ‘Official Start’
10 am – 5 pm:
- Demos and Retailers
- Competitions and Prizes
- Guided rides
- GORBA/Hardwood Ski and Bike skills sessions at Hardwood Ski and Bike (limited space available)

#2 Hardwood to Simcoe County Trails to Hardwood Epic (50 km) 4.5 – 5 hrs
10 am: Sacred Rides Skills Sessions: @ Hardwood Ski and Bike (limited space available, register here)

11 am – 4 pm: BBQ and Beer Garden
4 pm: Raffle Prizes & Festival “Wrap-up”
