Action Alert: Tell Parks Canada you want to see mountain biking in the Rouge!
Speak up on behalf of all
Parks Canada is set to become the new land manager in the Rouge valley and create Rouge National Urban Park – a "peoples park" in the heart of the Greater Toronto Area.
They need YOUR input on recreation in the Rouge.
IMBA is urging all members to take the online survey and speak up for mountain biking – an activity which has previously been banned in Rouge Park.
Please tell Parks Canada that when they take over the Rouge, we want trail access for all! Because if we don't speak up as a community, the status quo of banning bikes might remain.
Take the online survey now and spead the word to your social media networks. September 17, 2012 is the last day to give input.
