TRAIL CARE CREW SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED

The IMBA Canada Trail Care Crew is back for a third year!

Rachael Raven and AJ Strawson will be starting their first season in Canada's beautiful Yukon Territory in July 2012, then traveling though Ontario, Quebec, the Prairies, and Western Canada.

Highlights of this season will include a week long visit in the Yukon, visiting Kluane National Park and Contagious Mountain Bike Club in Whitehorse. The Crew will also be attending IMBA Ontario's Trailblazing Festival August 18-19th at Hardwood Ski and Bike, and IMBA's World Summit in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

IMBA SEEKING INTERNATIONAL SPEAKERS FOR 2012 WORLD SUMMIT

IMBA is currently seeking proposals for speakers for this year's World Summit in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We're encouraging Canadian members, land managers, volunteers, advocates, et al., to apply for the chance to present and make this summit truly international. Find the content RFP here.

SPROCKIDS FUN DAY TO HONOUR DOUG DETWILLER

Capilano University Mountain Bike Operations Program (MBO) students arehosting an event Saturday, April 28th at the Sprockids Bike Park in Gibsons, BC, to celebrate 20 successful years of the Sprockids Bike Program. Come out, bring the family and enjoy exciting activities during a day of fun with the riding community.

JOURNÉE DE SENTIERS AVEC LES AMIS DES SENTIERS DE BROMONT

Les Amis des Sentiers de Bromont: un organisme qui représente l'ensemble des usagers non-motorisés tenait une journée de sentiers le 14 Avril dernier. IMBA Canada y était afin d'aider les bénévoles présents à réaliser un nouveaux sentiers sinueux et durable. La suite sur le blogue.
